D’Arcy Valverde of The Heart Space Center is collaborating with the amazing Matt Stone of Old Stone Healing Arts for this special offering to help you prepare for the February 1 Snow Moon.

The February 1 full moon, also known as the Snow Moon, “…represents transformation, hope, and renewal, making it a powerful time for self-reflection and setting intentions for growth...”. This special offering will allow for plenty of space for reflection, intention setting and transformation so you may welcome the February 1 Snow Moon fully.

We’ll journey together through a Somatic Breathwork Ceremony led by D’Arcy. Our ceremony will be accompanied by ritualistic scent, live instruments woven with a specially-curated playlist, reiki energy healing and hands-on massage* from Matt.

As our breathwork journey concludes, we’ll go directly into meditation, followed by space for expression, if desired, and accompanied by a light snack to aid in grounding and integration.
