Whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced practitioner, our studio offers a variety of daily yoga classes for all in the Boise, Garden City, Meridian and Eagle area.

Yoga Classes Near Downtown Boise, Idaho

Vinyasa, yin, kundalini, gentle, Hatha, slow flow and yoga nidra classes taught by some of the area's best instructors. 

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa, also called "Flow" yoga, links a series of postures together using the breath. Typically a more energetic class requiring  physical activity. You'll likely break a sweat, increase strength and feel your inner power. Vinyasa yoga helps you reconnect with your body and clear your mind. Adding this more challenging practice to your yoga routine can help you get more fit, while at the same time increase your sense of inner peace. All are welcome, although some yoga experience is recommended.

Gentle Yoga

This gentle yoga class is performed at a slow pace with less intense postures, and usually includes more time for warm-up, relaxation and meditation. This class offers many seated poses and stretches, with modifications available to help people of all ages and fitness levels enjoy the practice of yoga without risk of injury.  Gentle yoga is designed to relax the mind and relieve tension. It is good for seniors/the elderly, beginners, persons of all sizes and shapes,  prenatal/maternity/postpartum, those with limited mobility or recovering from injury, and for anyone seeking a safe, calm yoga practice. 

Slow Flow

Our slow-paced vinyasa flow yoga class is a sweet balance between easy, mindful poses and stillness, effort and ease. This is a more gentle class designed to calm your nervous system and cultivate awareness of mind and body. This slow-moving, beginner-friendly class is good for everyone who needs a soft approach to yoga.

Vinyasa-Kundalini

Vinyasa Kundalini yoga weaves traditional kundalini kriyas into a vinyasa flow experience that will increase your energy and leave you glowing. Kriya simply means an action that purifies. In Kundalini tradition, kriya sets are intended for a specific physical, mental, energetic or spiritual benefit. This is a good class to learn beginning kundalini yoga and experience increased energy, clarity and vitality! Some yoga experience is recommended.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative, guided meditation practice done lying down. By setting the intention to become aware of your body and to relax completely, you will journey through the various states of consciousness - awake, asleep and the dream state. Yoga Nidra can enhance sleep, calm anxiety and is some of the best yoga for beginners. This all-levels class is great for everyone!

Radiant Heart Flow

Raise your vibration with breath-work combined with a vinyasa flow followed by deep rest. This yoga class is a cardio-elevating workout that can help with weight loss, relieve stress and open your heart. All levels welcome, however some yoga experience is reccomended.

Hatha Yoga

Babaji’s Kriya Hatha Yoga consists of 18 postures to help relax, purify, and bring the body and mind to states of stillness and meditation. Awaken the kundalini - your potential power and consciousness - and strengthen its magnetic shakti energy. Asanas, bhandas, meditation, breathwork, mantra and bhakti are all woven into this series. Hit the ultimate re-set button with this potent practice that will leave you relaxed, rejuvenated and re-energized. Appropriate for all levels. 

Bhakti Flow

This vinyasa-style yoga flow class combines the devotional aspects of our practice - devotion to Self, a higher power or simply to our practice - with chanting and nuggets of dharma (wisdom), altar space shared with oils, incense, oracle cards and the loving presence of Hanuman. Students are welcome to bring offerings to the studio to charge on the altar or at their mats during practice. Surrender, open your heart, and connect to all that is, as it is, in this 60-minute Bhakti flow. All levels welcome, however, some yoga experience reccomended.

Yinlicious

Deeply relax, let go of tension and relieve stress in this restorative yin yoga class. The use of bolsters, blankets and other props to support the body allows us to relax into postures that help the nervous system rest, digest and renew. Yin yoga is great class for beginners! All levels welcome.
