Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have hot yoga classes or heated yoga classes? 

No we are one of the few studios in Boise that is not hot. Our studio is set to comfortable temperature ranging from 75-80 degrees.

Where are you located?

We are located in Garden City on Chinden Blvd, near 36th street. Next to the big horse statue! 3520 W Chinden Blvd Garden City, second floor.

How do I book a class?

Go to "Our Classes" scroll down and view the upcoming schedule. Click "Book Now" for the class you want. You'll then be prompted to choose how you want to purchase.

Where do I park?

We have plenty of parking in a private lot. If the lot is full you can park on 35th or 36th street.

What do I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes that you can freely move in. Please remove shoes and socks before class.

​

Do I need a mat?

We have mats and plenty of props (blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps) that are free to use. We recommend you spray and wipe down the mat after class.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes! We have monthly unlimited, and annual unlimited memberships that include: one free buddy pass per month, and 10% off retail and workshops.

Do you have showers and/or changing rooms?

No we do not have showers or changing rooms. But we have two large comfortable restrooms that can be used for changing. 

​

Do you have any discounts?

Yes we do! We offer a 10% discount for military, first responders, k-12 teachers, college students and seniors. Redeem in person.

Do you have any yoga classes for beginners?

Yes! We have a weekly class exclusively for newbies and beginners where you can learn the basics in a supported and non-competitive environment. Book it now.

 

Will yoga help me let go of stress?

Absolutely. Yoga is one the best ways to reduce stress. All of our classes - regardless if its vinyasa, hatha, kundalini, slow flow, yin or breathwork - are intended to help you relieve stress and regulate your nervous system. By taking the time for yourself to exercise, reflect, be aware of your thoughts and emotions, and deeply relax; and we pride ourselves on not adding extra "stuff" or distractions that gets in the way of you being able to relax and connect.

Do you have kundalini yoga classes?

We have several classes that are a kundalini fusion style. Not traditional kundalini but is integrated with vinyasa. Check them out!
