Collectively honor the sun, the light, our source through the ancient embodied practice of Surya Namaskar (sun salutation).

It will consist of 4 rounds (27 each) of Classical Surya Namaskar, with or without the transition of chaturanga (yoga pushup) and cobra. After each round we will have 1-2 minute rest. Ending with silent meditation and savasana - deep rest.
