An embodied exploration to reconnect to your true power within, and release any conditioning that keeps you disempowered and disconnected as a woman.

In this workshop we will begin with an opening circle and discussion around what it means to be feminine, and stories of past conditioning. We will then discover how the light and dark feminine lives in our bodies through somatic movement practices, guided breathwork, and yoga nidra. We will conclude with journaling, group discussion and integration.
