This workshop is designed for women, regardless of relationship status, to deepen connection with yourself and explore how you relate to the masculine—both within and outside of you.

We’ll begin by turning inward. Through embodiment practices and honest discussion, you’ll uncover how your relationship with yourself and with your inner masculine shapes the way you move, feel, and show up in the world.

In the second half, we’ll shift into simple partner-yoga poses and interactive explorations that highlight how you share space, communicate, and connect with others—especially in the dance between masculine and feminine energy.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your patterns, tools to embody your feminine presence with confidence, and a renewed sense of how to find polarity in relationships that feel authentic, balanced, and alive.

Please wear comfortable, movable clothing, and bring a journal and pen.
