Join D’Arcy Valverde and Crystal Moore in a Satsang (heart community) experiencing light movement, intention setting and grounding practices. Enjoy a powerful guided chakra-based breathwork journey while reclined in a comfortable position.

Opening our event with a cord cutting ceremony. A cord cutting ritual draws from psychological insights and spiritual wisdom, aims to address the lingering emotional attachments that hinder personal growth, and fosters a renewed sense of emotional well-being and liberation. Cutting energetic connections is an essential part of energy hygiene, and recommend if you are struggling to let go of the past, an ex, negative thoughts/habits, or anything else you are ready to release.

 

Following ceremony you’ll be lovingly guided to open your senses as your journey will be accompanied by ritualistic scent, live instruments weaving with a specially-curated playlist, reiki energy healing and hands-on massage*. Throughout our time together you’ll be guided to release energies holding you back in your life.

As our breathwork journey concludes, we’ll go directly into meditation (seated or reclined to your preference), followed by space for artistic expression, if desired, and accompanied by a light nurturing snack to aid in grounding and integration.

We will use the combination of Divine energy and your own energy to release with love and light, call back your own vital life force energy and integrate & rebalance your energy system. 

D’Arcy is Founder of The Heart Space Center, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in-training.

Crystal is the Owner and operator of The Mind Beauty Soul, Ayurvedic Esthetician, Reiki Master, 500 hour Yoga Teacher and Sound/Crystal healing practitioner.

Together, D’Arcy and Crystal look forward to collaboratively guiding you on your breathwork journey through the chakras.  This is a reclined (laying on the ground) breathwork practice.

 

Contraindications for this practice include:

high blood pressure (that is not treated with medication), diagnosis of bipolar, schizophrenia or any history of psychiatric hospitalization, and epilepsy. Additionally, if you experience any cardiovascular conditions or brain/neurological conditions, please consult with your doctor before committing to this practice.

 

*We understand massage and/or hands-on touch aren’t for everyone. Please know that hands-on touch is optional, and we’ll offer participants opportunity to privately express preference of no touch, which we will explicitly honor. And, if your preference for touch shifts throughout the session, it’s always okay to change your mind and gently request we refrain from hands-on touch at any time.
