Dance Commander Experience with Deeveaux

The Dance Commander Experience is born out of a mission to share dance as a somatic practice for transformation. This will be a live DJ’d event with Deeveaux on the DJ decks and Celeste Bolin, The Dance Commander, as the movement guide. You can expect a follow-the-leader style movement experience with a lot of space to move organically to where the music takes us as a group and individually. There will be about an hour and fifteen minutes of movement and an ending integration where we’ll let the experience of dance sink into our bodies. Wear clothes that support you feeling comfortable to move and indoor sneakers are recommended for your feet. No previous dance or yoga experience necessary (recommended for all ages 16 and up). Come meet us on the dance floor as your most authentic self!
