Join D’Arcy Valverde of The Heart Space Center for this special Ceremonial Somatic Breathwork offering to help you integrate the energy of the May 1 Flower Moon.

Our space will be adorned with beautiful flowers generously provided by Fifty Flowers, a woman-owned floral leader driven by the belief that "Anything can bloom", it just takes intention. These flowers will be the backdrop, held in the sacred container of Ananda Yoga Space, creating a lush and supportive environment for reflection, growth, and new beginnings.

Together, we’ll breathe our intentions into being as we integrate the Flower Moon energy through ceremony, breath, and community.
