The entire class will be accompanied by the unique and soothing sounds of the handpan played by Dave Jones. The handpan is a percussion instrument that belongs to the steel pan family of metal drums. This sound is soothing and is the perfect addition to a soft yoga practice. This class will leave you feeling calm and content.
