About the event
Enjoy a 75 min restorative flow taught by Bridget Moore accompanied by sound Healing and vocals by Emily Clark. We will relax and reclaim our energy through restorative poses, gentle flow and breath. You will be supported in healing frequency throughout the entire class. Celebrate one year of Ananda with us for this special event!
