Where yoga and dance meet. This dynamic movement practice is a celebration of embodied freedom! It begins with guided yoga flow with a focus on breath and mindful movement, moving into the liberation of dance guided by rhythm, allowing for creative exploration and free flow. The class ends with a guided practice to ground, relax and integrate.
