A transformative yoga and sound event that will guide you from your heart to the Divine. Through four rounds of progressive namaskars (salutations), we'll honor the self, others, the planet, and the infinite. Utilizing vinyasa as a movement meditation, we will gently peel back the layers that block the experience of boundless joy and gratitude. OM chanting will be woven throughout to clear and align the heart and mind, bringing self and other into a state of coherence and full presence. The practice will culminate in a 60-minute harmonizing sound bath, where the vibrations of vocal intonation, crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments will wash over you, deepening your relaxation and integrating the heart-opening energy of the session.
