The Winter Solstice arrives each year as a sacred threshold - a planetary moment where clear light is reborn out of the longest night, where Autumn gives way to Winter.

This is a time to slow down and meet this seasonal transition in an intentional way by turning toward the shadow - the pieces waiting to be acknowledged, honored, and released, while also welcoming the return of the light and celebrating renewal.
